Any personal data which is sent to us is only shared with Sam and his wife Amy. Sam & Amy work as business partners.

For the avoidance of doubt, no information is shared with any third parties and/or sold on. 

Emails

Sam & Amy use Proton Mail. Proton Mail is an encrypted email service specifically designed to send sensitive data securely via email. This makes sending documents which contain sensitive personal data safe.

You should ensure that when sending personal information or sensitive data to us that you send it to our Proton Mail account – myrightsuk@protonmail.com

Sam & Amy do not keep their client’s personal data on their computers hard drive.

For the avoidance of doubt, client data is held in a cloud based system. The cloud system used by Sam & Amy is compliant under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Sensitive Data

We will (i) at your request; (ii) or when you inform us that you no longer need our services, (iii) or in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation, delete all your personal data from our cloud and email accounts.
