Sam & Amy use Hush Mail. Hush Mail is an encrypted email system, which allows us to send and receive emails and documents by encryption. This protects your sensitive personal data when communicating between us. Hush Mail is also far more secure than the majority of email service providers. By communicating via Hush Mail, you know that Sam & Amy take your data protected rights seriously under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
For the avoidance of doubt, Sam & Amy do not keep any client’s personal / sensitive data on their computers hard drive. Client data is held in a cloud based system. The cloud system used by Sam & Amy is compliant under the General Data Protection Regulation.
We will (i) at your request; (ii) or when you inform us that you no longer need our services, (iii) or in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation, delete all your personal data from our cloud and email accounts.
In accordance with Article 7 of The General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) the recipients (Sam & Amy) will ask for your written consent to access certain documents, which may contain your personal sensitive data. Given the necessity for the performance of the task in assisting you, we will need to process (as necessary) your personal data in order to protect your vital interests. You understand you have the right to withdraw this consent.
