Any personal data which is sent to formalgrievance@hotmail.co.uk is only shared with Sam and Sam’s wife (Amy). Sam & Amy work as ‘business partners’.

For the avoidance of doubt, no information is shared with any third parties or sold on. 


Sam & Amy use Hotmail as the only method of email. Hotmail servers are compliant with GDPR.

You should ensure that when sending your personal information or sensitive data to us at formalgrievance@hotmail.co.uk that you password protect that information. This responsibility remains with you.

All documents sent from formalgrievance@hotmail.co.uk i.e. grievance letters or appeal letters etc (which contain sensitive data or which identify you) will be sent password protected. The password to open your document will be sent via text message.


Sam & Amy do not keep client’s personal data on their computers.

For the avoidance of doubt, client data is held in a cloud based system. The cloud system used by Sam & Amy is compliant under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Our Services

Once a client has finished using our services (or at their request) their personal data is deleted from our cloud. This includes correspondence between us, whether by email or other auspices i.e. emails, grievance letters, appeal letters etc.

Likewise, should you have any concerns regarding how your personal data is stored on the cloud, email, or phone then ask Sam.
